Opening Reception for "From the Mountains to the Sea" at the Audubon Environmental Education Center in Bristol, RI





The opening reception for,"From the Mountains to the Sea; plants, trees, and shrubs of New England", a juried exhibit of native New England plant portraits was held May 18 at the Audubon Environmental Education Center.






There are a number of exciting educational programs associated with the exhibit which are open to the public.


June 1, 1- 4 p.m. Botany for Artists and Others-From the Mountains to the Sea Exhibit Workshop by Francis Topping, Audubon Environmental Education Center, Bristol RI 1-4 pm

June 7, Drawing and Painting Botanicals by Gail Tatangelo and Joan DeGregory

June 21, Native Heroes: Using native plants in the garden by Robin Wilkerson
Audubon Environmental Education Center, Bristol RI 10:30 – 11:30 am
